Up to 1 hour on-site, full fault diagnosis, professional recommendations.
Additional Labour

Standard hours, after the diagnostic visit.
Out of Hours Call Out

Outside standard working hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00).
Emergency Labour
£120/hr
Out-of-hours engineering time.

If it can be repaired, we repair it. If not, we tell you — with the reasoning, in plain English.
